2 eggs
ham
onions
cheese
green peppers
tomatoes
salt/pepper
salsa
Directions:
1. Write your name on a Ziploc bag with a permanent marker.
2. Dice, shred and chop all the 'fixings' you plan to use.
3. Place all the fixings in your bag, add seasoning (salt/pepper) and eggs.
4. Shake the bag to scramble the ingredients, then zip it up, trying to get all the air out.
5. Place the bag into rolling, boiling water for 13 minutes (10 if you use only one egg). You can cook many bags in one pot!
6. Open the bags and the omelette will roll out easily.

This works great!
I use ziploc freezer bags too avoid the bag ripping - but even if it does - you get a poached omelette!
This is a great idea when you have a crowd to feed - everyone can make their own 'special' omelette!
You can prepare the baggies the night before so all you have to do is boil them in the morning!
It is quick!
